About the Artist

Based in northern Virginia, Serena has spent nearly two decades producing art in myriad forms, from crayon mermaids at the age of four to directing short films in college.

She draws, photographs, films, writes, does web and graphic design, sews, beads, and occasionally constructs elaborate chain mail garments.
