Ciné Francophone, Fall 2009

Postcard for Ciné Francophone, a program run by the Alliance Française de Washington, the Washington, DC branch of the world’s largest French nonprofit organization.

The postcard contains a schedule of films for the cultural season, complete with date, time, venue, admission cost, plot summary, language information, and image for each film. It was distributed throughout the DC area, and attendance for these events increased significantly as a result.

This postcard has a vintage, photo collage style, incorporating elements like run-down movie theater facades, silhouettes, and creative lettering to give it a unique, eclectic feel.
