Global Lens Film Series

Started by the Global Film Initiative, the Global Lens series brings outstanding foreign cinema into major cities across the US. Letelier Theater in Washington, DC needed a quick and easy way to publicize their screenings for this series.

The postcard is simple, making use of a consistent pattern, bright colors, and bold typography to draw attention to the content. The back of the postcard contains venue and admission information. What makes this postcard unique is that–unlike many other postcards used exclusively for publicity–it can actually be mailed, making it doubly useful for potential filmgoers.
